encapsulated coils


ATAM develops and produces coils from 15 to 65 mm width, for pneumatic, hydraulic , steam, gas and water applications, encapsulated with a wide range of thermoplastic an thermosetting resin, thermal rated from class 135 to class 200°C, according to the customer needs.

The coils are personalized with the required type of copper wire and the winding data and can be provided of a wide range of connections as DIN, AMP, Deutsch and customized versions.

All the customized connections, are realized with the formal authorization of the company owner of the connection design, through appropriate customer drawings.
The entire production is approved by a severe sequence of final checks based on electrical, mechanical and visual tests. All the coils are made according to the industrial and household goods international safety standards. Under indication of the customer, the coils can be managed also following the ISO automotive, UL, ATEX, IEC-Ex and VDE standards (ATAMis open to consider also other further standards). Most of the ATAM production is fully customized and developed in partnership with our customers. So, special configurations are realizable on request.
